Nativa Spa is a brand made in Brazil, with a fast-growing track record, part of the global bath & body umbrella brand O Boticário - the #2 player in the CFT market in Brazil. Independently, and alongside 360i (Dentsu Aegis), I worked as a brand consultant and lead strategist to identify relevant territories for the brand's launch in the U.S. These included qualitative and quantitative research to inform their Most Valuable Audience (MVA), cultural audits, followed by behavioral insights, and strategic brand propositions for reaching their business objectives in the US.
